BOOKING & SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP

Travellin — Booking, Contracting Party & Supplier Relationship Notice

Last Updated: 20/02/2026

1. Purpose of This Notice

This Booking & Supplier Relationship Notice explains how bookings made through the Travellin platform work, the relationship between Travellin and third-party travel suppliers, and the respective responsibilities of Travellin, suppliers and customers.

It is intended to ensure that customers understand who provides the travel service, who their contractual counterparty is, who receives payment, who controls cancellation and refunds, and what role Travellin performs in the transaction.

Travellin is operated by:

BETZONE s.r.o.
Platform: Travellin
Jurisdiction of establishment: Czech Republic
Registered office: Maletín 9, 789 01 Maletín, Czech Republic
Company registration number (IČO): 28802471
VAT / Tax identification number (DIČ): CZ28802471

2. Travellin Is a Travel Platform

Travellin is designed to allow customers to:

  • search for travel services;
  • compare offers;
  • review travel information;
  • configure travel arrangements;
  • access supplier offers;
  • make bookings;
  • and, where supported, complete payment through the Platform.

Travellin may work with numerous independent travel suppliers and technology partners.

The fact that a supplier’s product appears on Travellin does not, by itself, mean that Travellin is the provider of that service.

3. Who Provides the Travel Service?

The actual travel service may be provided by an independent third party.

Depending on the product, the supplier may be:

  • an airline;
  • hotel;
  • accommodation provider;
  • cruise company;
  • tour operator;
  • activity provider;
  • vehicle-rental company;
  • bicycle-rental company;
  • sports-equipment provider;
  • restaurant;
  • bar;
  • entertainment venue;
  • attraction;
  • event organiser;
  • transfer provider;
  • or another service provider.

The relevant supplier should be identified during the booking process and/or in the booking confirmation.

4. Travellin’s Role

Travellin’s role may vary according to the specific transaction.

Travellin may act as:

A. Search and comparison platform

Travellin displays information obtained from suppliers or technology partners.

B. Affiliate/referral intermediary

Travellin directs the customer to a supplier and may receive commission or other commercial remuneration if the customer completes a transaction.

C. Booking intermediary

Travellin facilitates communication of booking information between the customer and supplier.

D. Technology platform

Travellin provides technical infrastructure through which supplier inventory can be searched, selected or booked.

E. Payment facilitator

Where expressly indicated, Travellin may facilitate or process payment for a transaction.

F. Contractual supplier

Only where expressly stated in the applicable booking documentation may Travellin itself be the contractual supplier of the relevant service.

5. Travellin Is Not Automatically the Supplier

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Travellin is not the airline, hotel, cruise operator, activity provider, vehicle-rental company or other underlying travel-service provider.

Travellin does not automatically assume the obligations of the underlying supplier merely because the customer uses the Travellin Platform to search for or book that supplier’s service.

6. The Contracting Party

The contracting party must be determined for each individual transaction.

The customer should review the booking confirmation and applicable terms to determine whether the contract is with:

  • Travellin;
  • the supplier;
  • an intermediary;
  • a tour operator;
  • or another identified contracting entity.

The relevant contracting party is responsible for the contractual obligations assigned to it by the applicable agreement and mandatory law.

7. Supplier Terms

Each supplier may have its own:

  • terms and conditions;
  • cancellation policy;
  • refund policy;
  • amendment rules;
  • payment conditions;
  • passenger requirements;
  • age restrictions;
  • check-in rules;
  • baggage rules;
  • deposit requirements;
  • and other service-specific conditions.

These conditions may form part of the customer’s contract with the supplier.

8. Pre-Booking Information

Before completing a booking, Travellin will seek to provide material information available to it concerning the selected service.

Depending on the product, this may include:

  • supplier;
  • service description;
  • dates;
  • destination;
  • price;
  • taxes;
  • cancellation conditions;
  • refund conditions;
  • restrictions;
  • and booking requirements.

The customer should review this information before confirming the booking.

9. Supplier Inventory

Travel inventory displayed on Travellin may originate from third-party systems.

Examples include:

  • airline reservation systems;
  • hotel systems;
  • global distribution systems;
  • supplier APIs;
  • bed banks;
  • activity platforms;
  • cruise systems;
  • vehicle-rental systems;
  • and other distribution partners.

Travellin does not necessarily control the underlying inventory.

10. Availability

Availability may change in real time.

An offer may become unavailable between:

  1. search;
  2. selection;
  3. checkout;
  4. payment;
  5. and final supplier confirmation.

Where this occurs, the customer should be informed before being committed to a materially different transaction where required by law.

11. Price

Travel prices may change because suppliers use dynamic pricing.

The price shown during search is not necessarily a guarantee that the supplier will continue to offer the same inventory.

The final price applicable to the transaction should be presented before the customer confirms payment.

12. Taxes and Mandatory Charges

Where known, mandatory taxes and charges should be incorporated into or clearly identified alongside the displayed total price.

Some destination-specific charges may be payable directly to a supplier or local authority and may depend on circumstances that cannot be determined in advance.

Where such charges are known, Travellin will seek to identify them appropriately.

13. Payment

The party receiving and processing payment depends on the transaction.

Payment may be processed by:

  • Travellin;
  • supplier;
  • payment processor;
  • booking platform;
  • affiliate partner;
  • or another authorised payment intermediary.

The relevant payment arrangement should be clear from the checkout and/or booking confirmation.

14. Payment Does Not Automatically Determine the Contracting Party

The fact that a payment is processed through Travellin does not necessarily mean that Travellin is the supplier of the underlying travel service.

Likewise, payment directly to a supplier does not prevent Travellin from having an intermediary or referral role.

The contractual relationship must be determined from the transaction documentation and applicable law.

15. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when the applicable booking system or responsible supplier confirms the reservation.

A search result, quotation, provisional selection or incomplete checkout does not necessarily constitute a confirmed booking.

16. Booking Reference

A confirmed booking should normally have a booking reference or equivalent identifier.

Customers should retain:

  • Travellin booking reference;
  • supplier booking reference;
  • payment reference;
  • confirmation email;
  • and applicable booking documents.

17. Multiple Suppliers in One Transaction

A customer may select more than one travel service through Travellin.

For example:

  • flight + accommodation;
  • accommodation + activity;
  • accommodation + vehicle rental;
  • cruise + transfer;
  • or other combinations.

The fact that services are displayed together does not automatically mean that they form a legally defined package.

18. Legal Package-Travel Classification

Whether multiple services constitute a legally protected package depends on the applicable package-travel legislation and the actual transaction structure.

Travellin will not rely solely on a marketing description to determine legal classification.

Where package-travel legislation applies, the relevant mandatory obligations and consumer protections will apply.

19. Linked Travel Arrangements

Certain combinations of separately purchased travel services may constitute a linked travel arrangement.

This is legally distinct from a package.

Where applicable, Travellin will provide the information required by relevant legislation.

20. Separate Contracts

Where a customer books separate services from separate suppliers, the customer may enter into separate contracts.

For example:

Flight → Airline

Hotel → Hotel/Supplier

Activity → Activity Provider

Car Rental → Rental Provider

Travellin’s involvement in arranging or facilitating those transactions does not automatically merge them into one contract.

21. Supplier Responsibility

The supplier is generally responsible for the actual performance of the travel service it provides.

This may include:

  • delivering the accommodation;
  • operating the flight;
  • operating the cruise;
  • providing the activity;
  • supplying the rental vehicle;
  • providing the equipment;
  • or delivering the relevant service.

22. Travellin Responsibility

Travellin is responsible for matters falling within its own contractual and legal role.

Depending on the transaction, this may include:

  • Platform functionality;
  • information it directly controls;
  • booking transmission;
  • payment processing it controls;
  • customer communications;
  • intermediary obligations;
  • and other expressly assumed responsibilities.

23. Supplier Operational Decisions

Where the supplier controls the underlying service, the supplier may make operational decisions concerning:

  • schedules;
  • availability;
  • room allocation;
  • aircraft;
  • itinerary;
  • check-in;
  • vehicle allocation;
  • activity operation;
  • or other service-delivery matters.

Travellin cannot guarantee that a supplier will not make operational changes where the supplier is legally permitted to do so.

24. Supplier Cancellations

If a supplier cancels a booking, the customer may have rights under:

  • supplier terms;
  • applicable consumer law;
  • passenger-rights law;
  • package-travel legislation;
  • or other mandatory legislation.

Travellin will assist within the scope of its role.

25. Customer Cancellations

Customers should cancel through the method specified in the booking confirmation or applicable supplier conditions.

Depending on the transaction, cancellation may need to be processed:

  • through Travellin;
  • directly with the supplier;
  • through a supplier portal;
  • or through another designated channel.

26. Refund Responsibility

The party responsible for processing a refund depends on who controls the booking funds and contractual transaction.

Travellin will not guarantee a refund that is legally or contractually controlled by an independent supplier.

Where Travellin controls the refund, it will process it in accordance with the applicable terms and law.

27. Complaints

Complaints concerning the actual provision of a service should normally be directed to the supplier where appropriate.

Travellin may assist customers with communication and escalation where it has an intermediary role.

The Travellin Complaints Procedure explains the process in greater detail.

28. Supplier Insolvency

The consequences of supplier insolvency depend on:

  • the legal nature of the booking;
  • supplier jurisdiction;
  • applicable package-travel legislation;
  • insolvency-protection arrangements;
  • and contractual structure.

Travellin does not represent that every transaction made through the Platform carries package-travel insolvency protection.

29. Supplier Accuracy

Travellin may receive supplier information through automated systems.

Travellin seeks to display such information accurately but cannot guarantee that every supplier feed is continuously error-free.

If a material discrepancy is discovered, customers should contact:

bookings@travellin.info

30. Changes to Supplier Information

Supplier information may change after a booking.

Examples include:

  • hotel facilities;
  • room details;
  • opening hours;
  • flight schedule;
  • activity availability;
  • cruise itinerary;
  • rental conditions.

Where Travellin receives material information concerning an existing booking, it may communicate that information to the customer where appropriate.

31. Travel Documentation

The customer remains responsible for complying with applicable travel-document requirements, including where relevant:

  • passport;
  • visa;
  • entry permission;
  • driver’s licence;
  • age requirements;
  • travel authorisations;
  • and other official documentation.

Supplier-specific requirements may also apply.

32. Supplier Identification

Where consumer law requires disclosure of the relevant trader or supplier, Travellin will provide the applicable information.

Customers should not rely solely on the Travellin brand to determine who provides the underlying service.

33. Affiliate Relationships

Travellin may receive commission or other remuneration from suppliers or affiliate networks.

An affiliate relationship does not automatically make Travellin the supplier.

The relationship is explained further in the Affiliate & Referral Disclosure.

34. Search Ranking

Supplier offers may be ranked according to multiple factors, including:

  • relevance;
  • price;
  • availability;
  • customer-selected criteria;
  • supplier data;
  • commercial relationships;
  • and technical ranking factors.

Commercial remuneration does not by itself constitute a guarantee concerning the quality of the underlying service.

35. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews and ratings may originate from suppliers, partners, customers or other data sources.

Customers should consider the methodology and source where provided.

Travellin does not represent that a rating constitutes an independent guarantee of service quality.

36. Third-Party Websites

Some supplier transactions may involve third-party websites, booking environments or systems.

Where a customer is transferred to a third-party website, that website’s:

  • privacy policy;
  • terms;
  • payment conditions;
  • and booking rules

may apply.

37. External Booking

Where the final booking is completed directly on a supplier’s website, the supplier generally controls:

  • the booking;
  • payment;
  • cancellation;
  • refund;
  • and service contract.

Travellin may receive affiliate or referral remuneration from the supplier.

38. On-Platform Booking

Where the booking is completed within the Travellin Platform, the checkout will identify the applicable contractual and payment structure.

An on-platform booking does not automatically mean that Travellin is the underlying service provider.

39. Payment Through Travellin

Where Travellin facilitates payment for a third-party service, the checkout should identify:

  • the relevant supplier;
  • payment recipient;
  • payment processor where relevant;
  • booking terms;
  • cancellation conditions;
  • and refund responsibility.

This information forms part of the customer’s understanding of the transaction.

40. Consumer Protection

Nothing in this Notice removes mandatory consumer rights.

Where applicable law imposes obligations on Travellin, a supplier, an organiser or another trader, those obligations remain applicable.

41. No Misrepresentation

Travellin will not intentionally represent:

  • an airline as Travellin;
  • a hotel as Travellin;
  • a supplier as being owned by Travellin;
  • a third-party service as a Travellin-operated service;
  • or a supplier guarantee as a Travellin guarantee,

unless that representation is factually and legally correct.

42. Supplier Terms and Travellin Terms

Two sets of terms may apply to a transaction:

Travellin terms

These govern the customer’s use of the Travellin Platform and any services Travellin itself provides.

Supplier terms

These govern the underlying travel service where the supplier is the contractual provider.

Both should be reviewed before booking.

43. Conflicts Between Terms

Where a supplier’s terms govern the underlying service, Travellin cannot simply replace those terms with its own general website terms.

Mandatory law takes priority over both.

Where there is a genuine conflict, the relevant contractual structure and applicable law determine which provision governs.

44. Consumer Consent

Before completing a booking, the customer should have access to the material terms governing the transaction.

Where required, the checkout should record the customer’s acceptance of:

  • Travellin terms;
  • supplier terms;
  • cancellation conditions;
  • payment terms;
  • and applicable booking conditions.

45. Booking Records

Travellin should retain an appropriate transaction record showing, where technically and legally appropriate:

  • selected offer;
  • supplier;
  • price;
  • currency;
  • cancellation terms;
  • supplier terms;
  • customer acceptance;
  • timestamp;
  • booking reference;
  • payment status;
  • and refund status.

This provides an auditable record of the transaction.

46. Customer Support

For booking and supplier-related assistance:

bookings@travellin.info

Travellin may contact the relevant supplier on behalf of the customer where appropriate.

47. No Guarantee of Supplier Performance

Travellin does not guarantee the performance of an independent supplier unless Travellin has expressly assumed such responsibility.

The supplier remains responsible for the actual delivery of its service to the extent required by its contract and applicable law.

48. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Booking & Supplier Relationship Notice limits:

  • consumer rights;
  • passenger rights;
  • package-travel rights;
  • statutory refund rights;
  • mandatory guarantees;
  • or other legal protections.

49. Changes to Supplier Relationships

Travellin may add, remove or change suppliers, booking systems and technology partners.

Such changes do not retrospectively alter the contractual terms of completed bookings unless permitted by applicable law and the relevant contract.

50. Changes to This Notice

Travellin may update this Notice to reflect:

  • new suppliers;
  • new booking technology;
  • changes in payment architecture;
  • legal changes;
  • new product categories;
  • or changes in Travellin’s business model.

The applicable version should be available on the Platform.

52. Final Statement

Travellin’s objective is to make the commercial and contractual structure of every booking understandable.

Before completing a transaction, the customer should be able to determine:

Who provides the service?

Who is the contractual party?

Who receives the payment?

Who controls cancellation?

Who controls the refund?

Which terms apply?

What consumer rights apply?

Travellin will not intentionally create the impression that an independent supplier’s service is directly supplied or guaranteed by Travellin when that is not the case.

Where Travellin acts as an intermediary, affiliate or technology platform, that role will be communicated transparently.

Where Travellin itself becomes the contractual supplier for a particular service, the applicable booking documentation will identify that relationship and the corresponding obligations.

Nothing in this Notice excludes or restricts any mandatory right available to a consumer under applicable law.
