If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform or proceed with a transaction.

These Terms must be read together with the other policies and notices published by Travellin, including, where applicable:

  • Legal Notice & Company Information;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Cookie Policy;
  • Affiliate & Referral Disclosure;
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy;
  • Payment Terms;
  • Accessibility Statement;
  • Travel Insurance information;
  • Supplier-specific terms;

Where a particular product or booking is governed by additional contractual terms, those terms will also apply.

2. Important Information About Travellin

Travellin is an international travel technology and booking platform.

Depending on the product, transaction and contractual structure, Travellin may act as:

  • a technology platform;
  • an information and comparison service;
  • an affiliate;
  • a referral platform;
  • a booking intermediary;
  • a retailer or intermediary for a third-party supplier;
  • a facilitator of linked travel arrangements;
  • a booking facilitator;
  • or, where expressly stated and legally applicable, an organiser or contracting provider of a particular travel service.

Travellin does not automatically become the provider or operator of every product displayed on the Platform.

Many products are supplied, operated and fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers.

The identity of the relevant supplier and the applicable contractual relationship should be reviewed before completing a booking.

The legal nature of each transaction depends on the actual structure of the transaction and applicable law. A description used by Travellin cannot change the legal character of a transaction where mandatory law provides otherwise.

3. Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  1. you have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
  2. the information you provide is accurate and complete;
  3. you will use the Platform lawfully;
  4. you will comply with applicable laws and regulations;
  5. you will not misuse the Platform;
  6. you will not attempt to interfere with its technical operation;
  7. and, where making a booking for another person, you have authority to provide the required information and accept the applicable terms on that person’s behalf.

Where a booking is made for multiple travellers, the person making the booking may be responsible for communicating the applicable booking information and conditions to the other travellers.

4. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The Platform is intended primarily for adults who are legally capable of entering into contracts.

Certain products may have additional age restrictions imposed by suppliers or applicable law.

Examples include:

  • vehicle rental;
  • alcohol-related experiences;
  • nightlife activities;
  • adventure activities;
  • certain water sports;
  • equipment rental;
  • certain accommodation;
  • and other age-restricted services.

Where a supplier imposes an age requirement, the traveller must satisfy that requirement.

Travellin does not waive or override supplier age restrictions.

5. Nature of Travel Products

The Platform may display or facilitate access to numerous categories of travel-related products, including:

  • flights;
  • accommodation;
  • hotels;

Each category may be subject to different supplier terms, cancellation rules, payment requirements, eligibility conditions and consumer rights.

The terms applicable to a particular product will be those identified during the relevant booking process, together with these Terms where applicable.

6. Search and Comparison Services

Travellin may provide search and comparison functionality allowing users to compare products from multiple suppliers.

Search results may be generated using information obtained from:

  • suppliers;
  • booking platforms;
  • API providers;
  • affiliate networks;
  • distribution systems;
  • third-party databases;
  • Travellin’s own data;
  • or combinations of these sources.

Search results may depend on:

  • destination;
  • dates;
  • availability;
  • price;
  • selected filters;
  • supplier data;
  • commercial relationships;
  • relevance;
  • user-selected preferences;
  • ranking algorithms;
  • technical availability;
  • and other factors.

Travellin does not guarantee that every available product or supplier will appear in every search.

7. Search Result Ranking and Commercial Factors

Travellin may use ranking, filtering and recommendation systems to organise results.

Factors may include:

  • relevance to the search;
  • price;
  • availability;
  • destination;
  • user-selected filters;
  • product characteristics;
  • supplier information;
  • popularity;
  • commercial arrangements;
  • promotional status;
  • and other technical or business factors.

Where required by applicable law, Travellin will provide appropriate information concerning the principal parameters influencing ranking or recommendation systems.

Users should not assume that the first result is necessarily the cheapest, highest quality, most suitable or independently recommended product.

Sponsored or commercially promoted placements may be identified where required.

8. Prices

Prices displayed on the Platform may be supplied by third parties and may change.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices may depend on:

  • travel dates;
  • occupancy;
  • passenger composition;
  • availability;
  • currency;
  • taxes;
  • mandatory fees;
  • optional services;
  • baggage;
  • room configuration;
  • payment method;
  • supplier conditions;
  • and other applicable factors.

The final price presented before completion of a booking should be carefully reviewed.

Where applicable law requires mandatory taxes and charges to be included in the displayed price, Travellin will seek to comply with those requirements.

9. Currency

Prices may be displayed in different currencies.

Currency conversions may be provided for convenience and may be based on exchange-rate information obtained from third-party sources or technical services.

The final amount charged may differ because of:

  • exchange-rate movements;
  • card issuer conversion rates;
  • bank fees;
  • payment-provider charges;
  • supplier currency rules;
  • or other applicable factors.

Users should verify the final transaction amount before payment.

10. Availability

Availability information is generally supplied by third parties and may change rapidly.

A product appearing as available during a search is not necessarily guaranteed until the relevant booking has been successfully confirmed.

A booking should be considered confirmed only when the applicable confirmation has been issued by the relevant contracting party or booking system.

11. Booking Process

The booking process may vary according to the product.

It may involve:

  1. searching for a product;
  2. reviewing results;
  3. selecting an offer;
  4. reviewing terms and conditions;
  5. entering traveller information;
  6. selecting optional services;
  7. reviewing the final price;
  8. submitting payment or booking information;
  9. receiving confirmation;
  10. and receiving supplier or booking documentation.

Before completing the transaction, users should check all information carefully.

This includes:

  • names;
  • dates;
  • destinations;
  • passenger information;
  • room information;
  • baggage;
  • cancellation conditions;
  • payment terms;
  • total price;
  • supplier identity;
  • and any additional services.

12. Formation of a Contract

A booking becomes contractually binding according to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier, booking provider or contracting party and applicable law.

Submitting a booking request does not necessarily mean that a contract has been formed.

A booking may remain subject to:

  • availability;
  • payment authorisation;
  • supplier acceptance;
  • fraud checks;
  • identity verification;
  • technical confirmation;
  • or other conditions.

Where Travellin acts only as an intermediary or referral platform, the contract for the underlying travel service may be formed directly between the traveller and the relevant supplier.

13. Booking Confirmation

Where applicable, a confirmation will be provided after successful completion of a booking.

The confirmation may contain:

  • booking reference;
  • supplier name;
  • traveller details;
  • dates;
  • service details;
  • price;
  • payment information;
  • cancellation conditions;
  • supplier contact information;
  • and other relevant information.

Travellers should retain all booking confirmations and related documentation.

If a confirmation is not received within the expected period, the traveller should contact the relevant booking provider or Travellin using the official contact route provided for that transaction.

14. Traveller Information

Users are responsible for providing accurate traveller information.

This includes, where applicable:

  • full legal name;
  • date of birth;
  • nationality;
  • passport information;
  • identity document information;
  • contact information;
  • passenger details;
  • accommodation details;
  • driver information;
  • and other information required by the supplier.

Incorrect information may result in:

  • inability to travel;
  • cancellation;
  • additional charges;
  • refusal of service;
  • name-change fees;
  • or other consequences.

Travellin is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the user, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Flights

Flight services may be supplied or ticketed by airlines, travel agencies, consolidators, Global Distribution Systems, booking providers or other third parties.

The relevant airline or ticketing provider may be responsible for:

  • ticket issuance;
  • flight operation;
  • schedule changes;
  • baggage rules;
  • check-in;
  • boarding;
  • cancellations;
  • delays;
  • refunds;
  • and passenger rights.

Travellers must review the applicable airline and fare conditions.

Flight schedules can change after booking.

Travellers should verify flight information before departure.

16. Baggage

Baggage allowances and fees may vary according to:

  • airline;
  • fare type;
  • route;
  • aircraft;
  • frequent-flyer status;
  • booking class;
  • ticket type;
  • destination;
  • and additional services purchased.

Information displayed through Travellin may originate from suppliers or third-party data providers.

The traveller should verify the final baggage allowance and applicable fees in the booking confirmation and airline documentation.

17. Accommodation

Accommodation products are generally provided by independent accommodation providers or booking partners.

The accommodation provider may be responsible for:

  • check-in;
  • room allocation;
  • accommodation standards;
  • deposits;
  • local taxes;
  • additional charges;
  • cancellation;
  • modifications;
  • refunds;
  • and fulfilment.

Accommodation classifications and ratings may be based on local standards, supplier classifications or third-party systems and may not be directly comparable between countries.

18. Accommodation Restrictions

Accommodation providers may impose requirements concerning:

  • minimum age;
  • identification;
  • deposits;
  • credit cards;
  • payment;
  • occupancy;
  • children;
  • pets;
  • smoking;
  • accessibility;
  • check-in times;
  • check-out times;
  • local taxes;
  • security deposits;
  • and other matters.

The traveller is responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable conditions.

19. Activities and Experiences

Activities, excursions and experiences may involve physical, environmental or other risks.

Examples include:

  • water sports;
  • skiing;
  • snowboarding;
  • surfing;
  • diving;
  • climbing;
  • hiking;
  • cycling;
  • safari;
  • adventure activities;
  • vehicle experiences;
  • boat activities;
  • and other recreational services.

Participants must comply with supplier safety instructions and applicable eligibility requirements.

Where a supplier requires a waiver, medical declaration, licence, certification or minimum level of experience, the traveller must satisfy those requirements.

20. Equipment Rental

Equipment rental may include:

  • bicycles;
  • skis;
  • snowboards;
  • surfboards;
  • diving equipment;
  • water-sports equipment;
  • protective equipment;
  • seasonal equipment;
  • and other recreational equipment.

The supplier may require:

  • identification;
  • deposits;
  • insurance;
  • licences;
  • qualifications;
  • age requirements;
  • or other conditions.

The supplier’s rental agreement may govern the rental after booking.

21. Vehicle Rental

Vehicle rental suppliers may impose conditions concerning:

  • minimum age;
  • maximum age;
  • driving licence;
  • international driving permits;
  • credit cards;
  • deposits;
  • insurance;
  • excess;
  • fuel;
  • mileage;
  • additional drivers;
  • cross-border travel;
  • vehicle category;
  • and collection requirements.

The traveller must review the supplier’s rental terms before completing the booking.

22. Cruises

Cruises may be subject to separate cruise-line terms concerning:

  • passenger eligibility;
  • passports;
  • visas;
  • health requirements;
  • embarkation;
  • cancellation;
  • payment schedules;
  • onboard services;
  • excursions;
  • baggage;
  • itinerary changes;
  • and medical or safety requirements.

The cruise operator may have the right to modify routes, ports or schedules in accordance with its contractual terms and applicable law.

23. Restaurants, Venues and Vouchers

Where Travellin provides access to restaurant, bar, club, venue, tasting or voucher products, the relevant supplier may impose additional conditions.

These may include:

  • reservation requirements;
  • age restrictions;
  • dress codes;
  • minimum spend;
  • entry requirements;
  • redemption periods;
  • availability;
  • cancellation rules;
  • and identification requirements.

A voucher does not necessarily guarantee entry if the supplier’s stated conditions have not been satisfied.

24. Courses, Wellness and Similar Services

Courses, yoga, wellness activities, training and similar services may have their own:

  • eligibility requirements;
  • schedules;
  • cancellation policies;
  • participant limits;
  • qualification requirements;
  • health or fitness requirements;
  • and supplier conditions.

Travellers should review the relevant product information before booking.

25. Travel Documentation

Travellers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all documents required for travel.

These may include:

  • passports;
  • visas;
  • residence permits;
  • transit visas;
  • vaccination or health documentation where legally required;
  • driving licences;
  • international driving permits;
  • activity certifications;
  • insurance documents;
  • and other required documentation.

Requirements vary according to nationality, destination, transit location and individual circumstances.

Travellers should obtain current official information from the relevant governmental authorities before travelling.

Travellin does not guarantee admission into a country.

26. Health and Safety

Travellers are responsible for determining whether they are medically and physically able to participate in a particular journey or activity.

Certain products may involve inherent risks.

Where an activity has specific safety or health requirements, the traveller must comply with the supplier’s requirements.

Travellin does not provide medical advice.

27. Travel Insurance

Travellin may make travel insurance information or products available through third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Travellin is not the insurer.

Insurance contracts are governed by the insurer’s policy wording, exclusions, conditions and applicable law.

Travellers should carefully review coverage before purchasing.

28. Cancellations

Cancellation rights depend on the product and applicable contractual terms.

Different products may have:

  • free cancellation;
  • partially refundable cancellation;
  • non-refundable conditions;
  • cancellation fees;
  • supplier-specific deadlines;
  • or statutory cancellation rights.

A general statement such as “free cancellation” applies only where the relevant booking explicitly provides for it.

29. Changes and Amendments

Changes to a booking may be subject to:

  • supplier approval;
  • availability;
  • amendment fees;
  • fare differences;
  • rate differences;
  • administrative fees;
  • or other conditions.

Travellin cannot guarantee that a supplier will permit a requested change.

30. Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will generally be processed according to the terms applicable to the relevant transaction and the party responsible for the payment.

Refund timing may depend on:

  • supplier processing;
  • payment providers;
  • banks;
  • card networks;
  • currency;
  • cancellation procedures;
  • and other technical factors.

Travellin does not guarantee a specific processing time where the refund depends on a third party.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory statutory refund rights.

31. Delays, Cancellations and Disruptions

Travel services may be affected by:

  • weather;
  • strikes;
  • technical failures;
  • operational disruption;
  • natural disasters;
  • political events;
  • government restrictions;
  • security incidents;
  • supplier failures;
  • or other circumstances.

The rights and remedies available to the traveller depend on the applicable service, supplier terms and mandatory law.

32. Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither Travellin nor a relevant supplier will be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include:

  • natural disasters;
  • severe weather;
  • war;
  • terrorism;
  • civil unrest;
  • epidemics or pandemics;
  • government action;
  • border closures;
  • strikes;
  • infrastructure failure;
  • major technical failures;
  • or other extraordinary events.

This clause does not remove mandatory consumer rights or statutory obligations.

33. Package Travel

Travellin recognises that combinations of travel services may constitute a legally regulated package under applicable law.

Under EU Directive 2015/2302, the classification of a combination depends on the actual circumstances, including how the services are selected, sold, priced and booked. A package can arise even where the combination is made at the traveller’s request.

Accordingly, Travellin will not rely solely on terminology such as “package”, “bundle”, “trip”, “combination” or similar wording to determine legal status.

Where a transaction constitutes a package under applicable law, the applicable statutory package-travel protections and information requirements will apply.

34. Linked Travel Arrangements

Travellin may facilitate arrangements where travellers enter into separate contracts with different travel-service providers.

Certain arrangements may constitute “linked travel arrangements” under applicable law.

Under EU rules, this can include targeted online facilitation of an additional travel service where a separate contract is concluded within the relevant statutory period after the first booking.

Where legally required, Travellin will provide the appropriate information and statutory notices concerning the nature and level of protection applicable to the arrangement.

35. Stand-Alone Travel Services

Where a traveller purchases a single travel service independently, the transaction may not constitute a package or linked travel arrangement.

The relevant supplier’s terms will generally govern the service, subject to mandatory law.

Examples may include:

  • a standalone hotel booking;
  • a standalone flight;
  • a standalone car rental;
  • a standalone activity;
  • or another individual travel service.

36. Supplier Terms

Third-party suppliers may impose additional terms.

Where supplier terms apply, those terms may govern matters including:

  • payment;
  • cancellation;
  • amendments;
  • refunds;
  • eligibility;
  • service delivery;
  • liability;
  • safety;
  • insurance;
  • and dispute procedures.

Travellers should read the supplier terms before completing the booking.

Where a mandatory consumer right conflicts with a contractual provision, the mandatory right will prevail to the extent required by law.

37. Affiliate and Referral Relationships

Travellin may receive commissions or referral fees from suppliers, booking platforms or affiliate networks.

Such compensation may arise when a user clicks a qualifying link or completes a qualifying transaction.

Details are provided in Travellin’s Affiliate & Referral Disclosure.

Affiliate compensation does not necessarily increase the price paid by the traveller.

Travellin will seek to identify commercial relationships in accordance with applicable advertising and consumer-protection requirements.

38. Third-Party Websites

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites.

Travellin does not control all third-party websites and is not responsible for their:

  • content;
  • availability;
  • privacy practices;
  • security;
  • terms;
  • pricing;
  • booking systems;
  • or services,

except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

A third-party website may have its own terms and policies.

39. User Accounts

Where account registration is available, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Users must notify Travellin if they suspect:

  • unauthorised access;
  • credential compromise;
  • fraudulent activity;
  • or misuse of their account.

Travellin may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, users or third parties.

40. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

  • use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
  • submit fraudulent information;
  • impersonate another person;
  • make fraudulent bookings;
  • use stolen payment information;
  • manipulate prices;
  • circumvent technical restrictions;
  • scrape data without authorisation;
  • introduce malicious code;
  • interfere with Platform security;
  • overload systems;
  • reverse engineer protected software except where legally permitted;
  • or otherwise misuse the Platform.

Travellin may take appropriate action where prohibited activity is identified.

41. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Platform and its original content, software, design, databases, trademarks and other materials are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Users receive only a limited right to access and use the Platform for lawful personal or authorised business purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred through use of the Platform.

Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

42. User-Generated Content

Where the Platform allows users to submit:

  • reviews;
  • comments;
  • photographs;
  • ratings;
  • feedback;
  • or other content,

users remain responsible for the content they submit.

Users must not submit content that:

  • is unlawful;
  • infringes intellectual-property rights;
  • contains malicious code;
  • is fraudulent;
  • is defamatory;
  • contains unlawful personal information;
  • or otherwise violates applicable law.

Where legally permitted, Travellin may moderate or remove content that violates applicable rules or Platform policies.

43. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews and ratings may reflect individual user experiences and opinions.

They do not necessarily represent Travellin’s views.

Travellin does not guarantee that every review is accurate or independently verified.

Where Travellin publishes or hosts reviews, it may apply technical or moderation measures intended to reduce fraudulent or abusive content.

44. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information is processed in accordance with Travellin’s Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Depending on the transaction, information may need to be shared with:

  • airlines;
  • accommodation providers;
  • booking providers;
  • activity providers;
  • payment processors;
  • affiliate networks;
  • technology providers;
  • fraud-prevention providers;
  • or other service providers.

The relevant purposes and legal bases are described in the Privacy Policy.

45. Cookies

Travellin may use cookies and similar technologies.

These may be used for:

  • essential Platform functionality;
  • authentication;
  • preferences;
  • analytics;
  • security;
  • affiliate attribution;
  • advertising;
  • and other permitted purposes.

The use of non-essential cookies may be subject to consent where required.

Further information is provided in the Cookie Policy.

46. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by:

  • Travellin;
  • WooCommerce;
  • Stripe;
  • a supplier;
  • an airline;
  • an accommodation provider;
  • a booking platform;
  • or another authorised payment provider,

depending on the transaction.

The relevant payment screen and confirmation should identify the applicable payment arrangement.

Travellin does not store payment-card information where payment processing is delegated to an appropriately authorised third-party payment processor, except where technically and legally necessary.

47. Payment Authorisation

A payment may be subject to:

  • authorisation;
  • fraud checks;
  • identity verification;
  • payment-provider approval;
  • supplier acceptance;
  • or other processing requirements.

A failed payment does not necessarily mean that a booking has been cancelled unless the applicable system confirms this.

Users should not assume that a booking exists until confirmation has been issued.

48. Fraud Prevention

Travellin and its partners may use reasonable fraud-prevention measures.

A transaction may be delayed, rejected, cancelled or referred for additional verification where there are reasonable concerns about:

  • payment fraud;
  • identity;
  • account misuse;
  • unusual booking behaviour;
  • stolen payment credentials;
  • or other security issues.

Such measures are intended to protect users, suppliers and the Platform.

49. Technical Availability

Travellin seeks to maintain reliable access to the Platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • maintenance;
  • upgrades;
  • technical faults;
  • cyber incidents;
  • third-party service interruptions;
  • telecommunications failures;
  • or other circumstances.

Where reasonably practicable, Travellin may take measures to restore service.

50. Third-Party Data

Travel information may be supplied by third parties.

Travellin does not guarantee that third-party information will always be:

  • complete;
  • accurate;
  • current;
  • uninterrupted;
  • error-free;
  • or available.

Travellin will seek to correct material errors when reasonably identified.

51. No General Travel Advice

Information published by Travellin is generally intended for informational purposes.

It does not constitute:

  • legal advice;
  • immigration advice;
  • medical advice;
  • financial advice;
  • insurance advice;
  • or professional advice.

Travellers should obtain appropriate professional or official advice where necessary.

52. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to mandatory law, Travellin will not be responsible for losses arising solely from:

  • acts or omissions of independent suppliers;
  • supplier insolvency where Travellin is not legally responsible;
  • incorrect information supplied by the traveller;
  • traveller failure to comply with supplier conditions;
  • missed travel caused by traveller conduct;
  • third-party website failures;
  • events outside reasonable control;
  • or other matters for which Travellin is not legally responsible.

Where Travellin is legally responsible, its liability will be determined according to the applicable law and the specific contractual role it has in the relevant transaction.

53. No Exclusion of Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict rights that consumers have under mandatory applicable law.

This includes, where applicable:

  • statutory consumer rights;
  • package-travel protections;
  • payment rights;
  • refund rights;
  • rights relating to defective services;
  • passenger rights;
  • and other mandatory protections.

Any provision that would unlawfully exclude such rights shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to remain legally effective.

54. Complaints

Travellin aims to resolve complaints efficiently.

A complaint should normally include:

  • booking reference;
  • traveller name;
  • relevant supplier;
  • dates;
  • description of the issue;
  • supporting documentation;
  • and requested resolution.

Complaints should be submitted through the official contact method provided on the Platform.

Where the issue concerns a third-party supplier, Travellin may need to refer the complaint to that supplier.

55. Alternative Dispute Resolution

Where applicable law provides access to alternative dispute-resolution mechanisms, information concerning those mechanisms may be provided to eligible consumers.

The availability of a particular ADR mechanism depends on:

  • the applicable jurisdiction;
  • the identity of the contracting party;
  • the type of transaction;
  • and the relevant statutory framework.

Nothing in these Terms prevents consumers from exercising mandatory legal rights.

56. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law identified in the final published version of this document, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable to the traveller.

Governing law: [INSERT JURISDICTION]

Where mandatory law provides consumers with rights that cannot be excluded by contractual choice of law, those rights remain applicable.

57. Jurisdiction

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction identified below:

Jurisdiction: [INSERT JURISDICTION]

Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer law grants that right.

58. Changes to These Terms

Travellin may update these Terms when necessary because of:

  • changes to the Platform;
  • changes to services;
  • legal or regulatory developments;
  • security requirements;
  • commercial changes;
  • or operational changes.

Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means where required.

For existing bookings, the contractual terms applicable at the time the relevant contract was formed will generally continue to govern that booking, subject to mandatory law and any legally permitted contractual amendments.

Where Travellin is subject to applicable online-platform rules requiring advance notice of changes, the relevant statutory requirements will apply.

59. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

60. No Waiver

Failure by Travellin to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.

61. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the documents expressly incorporated into them and the applicable booking-specific terms, form the contractual framework governing use of the Platform and the relevant services, subject to mandatory law.

Where a specific booking contract contains terms that expressly govern a particular service, those terms will apply to that service to the extent legally valid.

62. Assignment

Travellin may transfer or assign its rights and obligations in connection with the Platform or its business where legally permitted.

Consumers may not transfer their contractual rights or obligations where such transfer is prohibited by the applicable booking terms or law.

63. Language

These Terms may be made available in multiple languages.

Where translations are provided for convenience, Travellin will identify the legally controlling version where required.

Mandatory local-language requirements will be respected where applicable.

64. Electronic Communications

By using the Platform, users consent to receive electronic communications relating to:

  • bookings;
  • confirmations;
  • payment;
  • account security;
  • service notices;
  • changes to bookings;
  • cancellations;
  • and other transactional matters.

Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent and electronic-marketing requirements.

65. Notices

Notices may be provided through:

  • email;
  • the user’s account;
  • the Platform;
  • booking confirmation;
  • or another appropriate electronic method.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.

66. Accessibility

Travellin seeks to make its Platform accessible to users with different needs.

Where a particular travel service has accessibility limitations, those limitations may be determined by the independent supplier.

Travellers requiring specific accessibility arrangements should communicate their requirements as early as possible.

67. Children and Minors

The Platform is not intended to permit minors to independently enter into transactions where they lack legal capacity.

A parent, guardian or other legally authorised adult may make a booking on behalf of a minor where permitted.

The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that the relevant supplier’s rules concerning minors are satisfied.

68. International Travel

Travellers may cross international borders when using services booked through Travellin.

International travel may involve:

  • immigration requirements;
  • customs;
  • health requirements;
  • security controls;
  • visa requirements;
  • transit requirements;
  • local laws;
  • and destination-specific restrictions.

Travellers are responsible for verifying requirements applicable to their individual circumstances.

69. Destination Risks

Travel destinations may involve risks that vary according to location and circumstances.

Travellers should consult relevant official government sources concerning:

  • security;
  • health;
  • entry requirements;
  • natural hazards;
  • local regulations;
  • and other destination-specific matters.

Travellin does not guarantee that a destination is safe or suitable for every traveller.

70. Supplier Insolvency

Where a supplier becomes insolvent, the traveller’s rights depend on:

  • the legal nature of the transaction;
  • the identity of the contracting party;
  • applicable financial protection;
  • mandatory law;
  • insurance;
  • and any applicable package-travel or linked-travel protection.

Travellin does not guarantee protection against supplier insolvency unless Travellin is legally responsible for providing such protection.

71. Intellectual Property Complaints

If a user believes that content on the Platform infringes intellectual-property rights, they may contact Travellin through the official legal contact details.

A complaint should provide sufficient information to identify:

  • the protected work;
  • the allegedly infringing content;
  • the relevant location;
  • the claimant’s contact information;
  • and evidence of the relevant rights where appropriate.

72. Security

Travellin implements reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect the Platform.

However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Users should protect their passwords, devices and account information and should promptly report suspected security incidents.

73. No Guarantee of Commercial Continuity

Travellin may modify, suspend or discontinue particular features, integrations, suppliers or products.

Such changes may occur because of:

  • supplier decisions;
  • API changes;
  • commercial agreements;
  • legal requirements;
  • technical limitations;
  • or business decisions.

Where mandatory consumer rights apply to an existing booking, those rights remain unaffected.

74. Third-Party Service Providers

Travellin may use third-party technology and service providers for:

  • hosting;
  • payments;
  • APIs;
  • analytics;
  • security;
  • email;
  • booking;
  • data processing;
  • affiliate tracking;
  • customer support;
  • and other operational functions.

Their involvement does not necessarily make them contracting parties to the user’s travel booking.

75. Relationship Between Travellin and Suppliers

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Travellin is not the owner or operator of third-party travel services.

A supplier may retain responsibility for the actual performance of the service.

The supplier’s identity should be reviewed before booking.

Where Travellin acts as an intermediary, its contractual responsibilities are limited to the intermediary services it has undertaken to provide, subject always to mandatory law.

76. Booking Through External Suppliers

If a user is redirected to or completes a transaction on a supplier’s website, the transaction may be governed primarily by the supplier’s terms.

The user should review those terms before completing the transaction.

The use of Travellin to access the supplier does not necessarily make Travellin a party to the supplier contract.

77. Travellin’s Own Services

Where Travellin directly provides a service, the applicable contractual documentation will identify that service and Travellin’s contractual role.

Nothing in these Terms prevents Travellin from acting as a direct supplier where expressly stated and legally permitted.

78. Promotional Offers

Promotional offers may be subject to:

  • limited availability;
  • specific dates;
  • eligibility requirements;
  • booking deadlines;
  • promotional codes;
  • minimum stays;
  • minimum spend;
  • or other restrictions.

Promotional offers may be withdrawn or modified subject to applicable law.

79. Errors and Obvious Pricing Mistakes

Travellin and its suppliers may occasionally publish technical or pricing errors.

Where an obvious error materially affects the price or essential terms of a booking, the applicable legal rights and contractual procedures will apply.

Travellin will not intentionally rely on an obvious technical error to mislead consumers.

80. Taxes and Local Charges

Certain travel services may involve local charges payable directly to suppliers or local authorities.

Examples may include:

  • tourist taxes;
  • resort fees;
  • municipal charges;
  • environmental fees;
  • security deposits;
  • or other legally applicable charges.

Where such charges cannot reasonably be included in the initial price, Travellin will seek to provide appropriate information.

81. Traveller Responsibility

The traveller is responsible for:

  • checking booking information;
  • complying with supplier conditions;
  • obtaining travel documents;
  • arriving on time;
  • complying with check-in requirements;
  • complying with safety rules;
  • providing accurate information;
  • and maintaining relevant documentation.

This responsibility does not remove any legal obligation owed by Travellin or the relevant supplier.

82. Communication With Suppliers

Where the supplier is the contracting party, travellers may need to communicate directly with the supplier concerning:

  • check-in;
  • special requests;
  • accessibility;
  • changes;
  • cancellations;
  • refunds;
  • service delivery;
  • or other matters.

Travellin may assist where its contractual role and technical capabilities permit.

83. Special Requests

Travellin may transmit special requests to suppliers.

Examples include:

  • accessibility requirements;
  • dietary requirements;
  • room preferences;
  • adjoining rooms;
  • child-related requirements;
  • or other requests.

A special request is not guaranteed unless the supplier expressly confirms it.

84. No Guarantee of Special Requests

The submission of a special request through Travellin does not constitute confirmation that the supplier will fulfil the request.

Travellers should obtain written confirmation where the request is essential to the trip.

85. Customer Support

Travellin may provide customer-support channels.

The scope of support depends on Travellin’s role in the relevant transaction.

Where an issue is exclusively controlled by a third-party supplier, Travellin may need to refer the traveller to that supplier.

86. Communications During Travel

Travellers should monitor communications relating to their bookings, including:

  • email;
  • SMS where applicable;
  • supplier notifications;
  • airline notifications;
  • accommodation messages;
  • and booking-platform messages.

Failure to monitor relevant communications may result in missed updates.

87. Final Booking Review

Before completing payment, users should verify:

  • destination;
  • dates;
  • traveller names;
  • passenger numbers;
  • room type;
  • accommodation;
  • baggage;
  • optional services;
  • total price;
  • currency;
  • cancellation terms;
  • supplier identity;
  • and any applicable restrictions.

Once the booking has been confirmed, changes may be restricted.

88. No Circumvention of Supplier Terms

Users must not use the Platform to circumvent:

  • supplier booking rules;
  • pricing restrictions;
  • referral restrictions;
  • promotional terms;
  • geographical restrictions;
  • usage limits;
  • or other applicable contractual requirements.

89. Platform Misuse and Automated Access

Unauthorised automated access, scraping, harvesting, extraction or reproduction of Platform data may be prohibited.

This does not prevent activities that are expressly permitted by applicable law.

90. Governing Consumer Protection Principles

These Terms are intended to operate consistently with mandatory consumer-protection requirements.

Where a provision is incompatible with mandatory law applicable to a consumer, the mandatory law will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Travellin does not intend these Terms to deprive consumers of rights granted by applicable legislation.

91. Legal Interpretation

Headings are included for convenience and do not affect interpretation.

Words in the singular include the plural where appropriate.

References to legislation include amendments and replacement legislation where legally applicable.

The applicable version will be identified by its “Last Updated” date.

94. Final Acknowledgement

By using the Travellin Platform or completing a transaction, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these Terms and the information applicable to the relevant product.

You should not proceed with a booking if you do not understand the applicable terms or if you are unwilling to accept them.

Where a booking involves a third-party supplier, you should also review that supplier’s terms before completing the transaction.

Travellin’s objective is to provide a transparent, reliable and convenient travel technology and booking environment while clearly identifying the contractual and commercial relationships applicable to each transaction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any mandatory statutory right or protection that applies to you.

LEGAL IMPLEMENTATION NOTICE

This document is a master platform Terms & Conditions framework and must be completed before publication with the verified:

  • legal company name;
  • registered office;
  • company registration number;
  • VAT/tax details;
  • governing law;
  • jurisdiction;
  • legal contact details;
  • applicable financial-protection information;
  • package-travel status;
  • intermediary/retailer status;
  • and any jurisdiction-specific mandatory notices.

The final published version should also be aligned with Travellin’s actual booking architecture. In particular, the website should not state that Travellin is merely an affiliate or intermediary for a transaction where the actual transaction structure legally makes Travellin an organiser, retailer, merchant or other contracting party.

EU package-travel law expressly looks at the actual structure and manner in which travel services are combined, including combinations made at the traveller’s request, rather than relying solely on contractual labels.

Where Travellin facilitates separate travel-service contracts through linked online booking processes, the applicable linked-travel-arrangement rules must also be assessed.

This document should therefore undergo a final jurisdiction-specific legal review before being presented as Travellin’s operative contractual terms.
